Philanthropy Company partners with charities to grow their income and impact, drawing on more than 20 years of experience.
The Challenge
The website was outdated in design and function. It lacked cut-through, didn't work well on mobile and ran on obsolete technology that made simple updates a chore. The company needed a flexible, modern site where stories could come to life, with better search visibility, stronger lead generation and tools the team could use.
It also wanted a brand refresh: not a reinvention, but a sharper expression of who it is and the change it helps create. Brand and website had to launch together.
The Approach
Workshops. Pixeled Eggs ran stakeholder workshops on vision, audiences, and user needs and goals, and kept all the thinking and decisions on a shared Miro board so the client team could bring colleagues along.
Tree testing. The proposed information architecture was tested with representative audiences on the Useberry platform.
Brand refresh. The refreshed look was designed to stand out in the sector and show the positive impact the company has with its clients.
Design system and timeline. A design system and content patterns let the team publish consistently and grow the site over time. An interactive timeline shows milestones from the company's history, built to add little page weight and keep accessibility high.
We value your approachability at each stage, flexibility throughout and hard work to get this over the line.
