eArcu makes talent acquisition software that powers in-house recruitment around the world. Its algorithm-led approach is built around each client's own hiring philosophy and process, helping businesses find global talent that fits. It asked Nine Stones to turn specialist recruitment topics into engaging content that would raise its online visibility and strengthen its standing as a thought leader in recruitment.
The Challenge
The brief came at a time of change. After the Brexit agreement, many UK businesses were unsure about hiring EU nationals, and eArcu wanted content that would guide its audience through the transition. It was also keen to present its ideas as infographics.
The Approach
Brexit and hiring. Nine Stones interviewed subject matter experts, researched what Brexit meant for hiring practices, and wrote SEO-optimised content on the subject, using keyword strategy and search intent analysis so the right audience would find it.
Diversity and inclusion. A second piece looked at diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and how employers could be more inclusive when hiring.
Copy and design together. Nine Stones did not yet have its own designers, so it worked with Cargill Creatives on the infographics, writing copy for the format alongside the designers. The partnership worked well enough that Nine Stones set up its own design team shortly afterwards.
The Outcome
The content gave eArcu thought leadership that resonated with its industry, improved its search visibility and audience engagement, and brought in relevant traffic and new leads.
