How Nine Stones Built a Content Programme for Future Platforms
Future Platforms designs and engineers digital products, but lacked the time to produce the marketing it needed. From 2023, Nine Stones produced white papers, blogs, case studies and social content, including personal branding for its managing directors.

Future Platforms is a digital product design and engineering studio that builds websites and apps for clients such as Ralph Lauren, Domino's and PSG. It understood the value of joined-up marketing but did not have the capacity to produce the content itself, so it brought in Nine Stones.
The Challenge
Future Platforms wanted to be seen as a thought leader in customer experience. That meant a steady flow of content in several formats, from long-form thought leadership to blogs, case studies and social media, with each part supporting the others.
The Approach
A white paper at the centre. The work began in 2023 with a white paper on the complexities of customer engagement. Nine Stones then wrote a series of blogs that each explored one aspect of it, and social posts to promote them.
Case studies brought up to date. Nine Stones refreshed several of Future Platforms' case studies, making them relevant to the current market and adding the services the company had launched since they were first published. That led to a significant increase in inbound leads, particularly for its brand strategy services.
Social media and personal branding. In 2024 the work shifted towards social media, with long-form content and blogs still part of the mix. Posts went beyond promotion to company newsletters, updates and interactive polls. Nine Stones also interviewed the managing directors, Greet Jans and Remy Brooks, reviewed their existing social media, and helped them write posts on topics in their industry.
The Outcome
After the refresh of the website content, peak organic traffic rose by 60%, from 482 to 769 visitors, and the site's authority score rose from 24 to 27. Visitors stayed 45 seconds longer on average. The personal branding and company social media campaigns together grew organic social media by 120%, raised Greet Jans' profile in particular, and further improved search performance and website traffic.
