ISG, the construction company, was already a well-established partner to the Ministry of Justice. The Women's Prison Estate Transformation Programme, worth £150m, was a fiercely competitive bid that needed a different approach.
The Challenge
The bid had to embrace the ministry's objective of promoting female rehabilitation: making sure female offenders could get their lives back on track.
The Approach
Sandbox Studios developed the bid's branding concept and creative themes, and produced its artwork and bespoke graphics. ISG's pre-construction lead for the justice sector said the design approach went beyond their aspirations, and that the branding and graphics were in tune with ISG's strategic response and tone.
