GogoApps is a software development and design company based in Poland. It wanted a native English-speaking agency that could write engaging content for a technical audience, and approached Nine Stones, which writes B2B content for SaaS and technology brands.

The Approach

Discovery first. The work began with an in-depth discovery session with the GogoApps team, covering the technical detail of its work, its brand values and what mattered most to its audience. Nine Stones added client interviews and independent research, and built detailed customer personas so it could write for each audience segment.

A specialist first assignment. The first piece was a blog article on the Go programming language (Golang), a subject that needs specialist knowledge. GogoApps supplied input, and one of Nine Stones' copywriters also took a two-hour Golang course, so the article would satisfy expert developers while staying readable for less technical readers.

A clear workflow. The teams communicated on Slack and managed the work in Trello, so both sides could see every stage of production. Feedback was acted on quickly, ownership was clear and every piece was delivered on schedule.

The Outcome

GogoApps gave Nine Stones a five-star review on Clutch, recognising its content quality, efficiency and professionalism. The partnership has continued, with new content projects in the pipeline.
