Apache Capital Partners tendered for a principal contractor on Eddington, part of the Northwest Cambridge Development. The contract was worth £60m.
The Challenge
The Eddington scheme is 500 homes and the first initiative of the Present Made platform. Designed with sustainability at its core, it uses modular construction to meet high design standards. It is the first phase of the wider 150-hectare Northwest Cambridge Development, a mixed-use masterplan.
The Approach
Sandbox Studios wrote, edited and critically reviewed Morgan Sindall's bid. The team also developed its branding concept and creative themes, and produced the artwork and bespoke graphics.
You made our bid look like a residential lifestyle brochure. The navigation was so simple and effective. We want every bid like this now.
The Outcome
Morgan Sindall won the £60m principal contractor role, and its pre-construction manager reported that the developer loved the bid.
