How HeadChannel Connected Cove UK's Park and Access Systems
Cove UK's staff were typing every guest into two systems. HeadChannel built middleware that carries guest data from Elite Parks into Paxton's Net2 access control automatically.

Cove UK owns and manages holiday parks and residential communities across the UK. It looks for technology that makes its parks run more smoothly and improves the guest experience.
The Challenge
Cove used Paxton's Net2 access control across its holiday parks, alongside Elite Parks, a management platform for holiday and residential parks. Staff entered guest data into Elite Parks, then again into Net2. The double entry was slow and prone to errors. Paxton recommended HeadChannel, one of its official integration partners, and Cove asked for the data flow between the two systems to be automated.
The Approach
HeadChannel built bespoke middleware in .NET, hosted in Cove's own Azure infrastructure.
- Automated sync. The middleware takes guest data from Elite Parks, maps it to Net2's format and pushes it into Net2 on a schedule.
- Background service. It runs continuously as a background job, so guest data stays current without anyone touching it.
- Daily report. Cove asked for reporting during discovery. Every day the middleware produces a CSV of all active guests registered in Net2 and transfers it securely to a dedicated FTP server.
The Outcome
Guest details are now entered once, in Elite Parks, and the middleware does the rest. The double entry has gone, and the daily guest report helps Cove's management forecast bookings and plan its parks.
