The Challenge
Semp Ltd faced several challenges inherent to systems engineering and infrastructure management. These challenges included handling vast volumes of data over multi-year projects, ensuring traceability and transparency, and providing an intuitive interface that could be used across multiple user types and organisations.
Existing legacy software solutions were outdated, lacked user-friendly interfaces, and did not support the modern technological demands of the industry. Semp Ltd needed a modern, scalable, and highly intuitive platform to manage complex infrastructure projects, ensuring that every stage of the project lifecycle—from data gathering to compliance—was transparent, fully auditable, and streamlined.
Further, the platform had to support junior engineers, reducing their reliance on senior staff, and creating a learning environment within the system.
