The challenge

For GenesisCare UK, forming strong relationships with doctors and oncologists is vital to their business. They needed a consultant partner to discover, evaluate and implement an agile and adaptable CRM platform that would reflect their high quality service.

 

Why Cohaesus?

GenesisCare UK wanted to avoid a consultant wedded to a specific provide, so they sought out an agnostic consultancy who could honestly analyse the entire market to find which platform would meet their unique business needs.

 

The process

Following an in-depth exploration of the needs of GenesisCare UK, we researched, shortlisted (using technical, budget and experience criteria) and evaluated potential CRM candidates.

Zoho rose to the top as the ideal platform, meeting all the requirements we both were looking for as well as providing a customisable approach which will scale to suit future needs.

What was the outcome?

Through implementing Zoho, we were able to ingest approximately 35,000 professional contacts and 7,000 medical practices into the system and enable GenesisCare UK to manage the relationships with their referring consultants. Since implementation, GenesisCare UK is able to self-manage with over 600 new contacts added by the Referral Engagement team.

GenesisCare UK now has deep knowledge and invaluable insight into referral pathways and performance versus forecasts for each oncologist. Features such as the Eventsforce integration, has enabled GenesisCare UK to seamlessly manage delegate invites and attendees for over 300 engagement and educational events per year.
