Orbit Energy entered the energy market as a new and disruptive brand, here to shake things up. They wanted to set themselves apart from traditional providers by developing a slick customer website and portal that would align with its ethos of making energy as easy as possible for its customers.

Making the most of proven partnerships

We developed a bold – customer focussed – approach centered on enabling customers to sign up and maintain their accounts as seemlessly as possible while ensuring the experience was accessible to the widest possible audience.

We built Orbit Energy on the Acquia Drupal platform. Our partnership with Acquia enabled us to move fast and capitalise on deep experience in the two teams. Leveraging open APIs in order to customise the user experience and designing a user-friendly front end, we were able to get to market quickly with the low total cost of ownership of a proven SaaS product.
